Chief Carriers, Inc. is an irregular-route common and contract motor carrier. A subsidiary of Chief Industries, Inc. since 1973, the company originally operated as a private fleet of Chief Industries. Chief Carriers now supplies dependable transportation for a variety of customers to 48 contiguous states and Canada. Chief Carriers underwent a name change from Grand Island Contract Carriers, Inc. in May of 2011.
